Always have a mug of tea in the morning.
Always stop and stare.
Smell the coffee, and the rain on bare earth.
Watch the rainbow.
Watch the sun dance on the raindrops.
Listen to the song of the birds.
Hear the trees as they whisper, leaf to leaf,
And catch the mythical falling star.
Do these things if you want to stay sane.
